Timothy Krambs
A seasoned real estate investor with over 20 years of experience, Tim owns and manages single- and multi-family properties across multiple states and asset classes. As a former Army combat Aviator, Foreign Area Officer, and aerospace defense contractor, Tim specializes in leading cross-functional teams with 25 years of leadership experience and managing corporate portfolios exceeding $60 million in capital.
With $12 million in assets under management experience, Tim leverages strategic and tactical business acumen to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risk, promoting optimal returns for his investors and business partners.

Lenka Krambs
A real estate professional, business owner, wife, and mother, Lenka advises on real estate matters from transactional paperwork to market investment strategies in target areas of residential and commercial acquisitions. She is also the proud owner of Blue Ink Integrity Signings LLC, a certified and bonded mobile notary business providing professional notary solutions to Olympia, the Capital city of Washington.
Commitment to excellence, Lenka offers multilingual support for Real Estate transactional mobile notary services, including loan signings and apostille services, ensuring a seamless experience during all closings, while working closely with multiple Escrow Companies and Nationwide Signing Services.
